It’s been few days since I’ve blogged. Life takes control and you have to run with the forces. I am happy to report things are getting done though….slowly but surely.
I started a quilt a few days ago. This quilt is a scrappy blue jeans ragged cathedral window quilt. Rag quilts are perfect for me to achieve because they are a bit more flexible so you can just “make it work” if need be a little bit more with a rag quilt. I take old blue jeans and scraps of materials and make something warm, comfortable and cozy. I’ve got a video of the process so far. I’m going to share the video today on this blog if I’m smart enough to figure out how to upload the video. Technology sometimes is hard to figure out but I will conquer it too!
We have a new little arrival in our family this past week. My niece had another precious little boy. This is their third son (she’s too young to remember the sitcom “My Three Sons” but that’s what I thought of as soon as they announced his birth. Happiness and joy with this new little arrival.
So here’s the quilt video. I hope it works….fingers crossed (you might want to cross your toes too!).
